Getting Started

The best place to start is a free consultation with us. In 30 minutes, we'll ask you about your day-to-day operations and identify where your team is spending the most time on repetitive, manual work. From there, we do a Process Discovery — we sit alongside your team, watch how things actually get done, and map out exactly which tasks AI can take off your plate. You don't need to know anything about AI going in. That's our job.

No — and this is one of the most important things that makes OpusCode different. We build every automation directly inside the tools your team already uses: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more. Your team keeps working the way they always have. The difference is that the repetitive parts happen automatically in the background.

Typically 2–5 weeks from the start of Process Discovery to a live automation, depending on complexity. Here's the general timeline:

  • Weeks 1–2: Process Discovery — we map your workflows and deliver your Automation Map
  • Weeks 2–4: Build & Integrate — we build and connect your automations
  • Weeks 3–4: Testing — everything is stress-tested before going live
  • Week 4–5: Handoff — your team is trained and the automation goes live

Many of our clients see their first automation live within two weeks.

Every engagement is scoped specifically for your business — there's no one-size-fits-all pricing. Cost depends on the number of workflows, the complexity of your systems, and the scope of integrations needed. What we can tell you is that the consultation is completely free, and we'll give you a clear, transparent proposal before any work begins. Most clients see ROI within the first 30–60 days through time savings alone.

What AI Can Do For Your Business

The short answer: anything your team does repeatedly that follows a predictable pattern. The most common automations we build include:

  • Data entry and form processing (intake forms, invoices, contracts)
  • Email and message routing, follow-ups, and reminders
  • CRM updates — leads, deal stages, contact records — without manual input
  • Report generation and delivery on a schedule
  • Document creation populated from existing data
  • Scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment reminders
  • Lead scoring and qualification
  • Internal notifications and task assignments triggered by business events

If your team does it more than a few times a week and it involves data moving from one place to another — it can almost certainly be automated.

No. Automation eliminates the tedious parts of a job — the copy-pasting, the manual data entry, the chasing emails — so your team can focus on the work that actually requires human judgment, relationships, and expertise. Our clients consistently tell us that their employees are happier after automation because they're not spending hours on mindless tasks. The goal is to make your existing team more capable, not to replace them.

Results vary by business, but here's what we typically see across our client base:

  • Time savings: 10–20+ hours per week reclaimed per team, depending on the workflows automated
  • Error reduction: Near elimination of data entry errors in automated processes
  • Faster turnaround: Tasks that took hours now happen in seconds or minutes
  • Better follow-through: Nothing falls through the cracks — every lead, every invoice, every deadline is tracked automatically
  • ROI: Most clients recoup their investment within 30–90 days

Every automation we build is custom — built from scratch around your specific processes, not adapted from a template. This is exactly why we start with Process Discovery rather than just selling you a product. We're not deploying a generic CRM bot. We're building something that works exactly the way your team works, for your specific industry, your specific tools, and your specific workflows.

Working With OpusCode

Process Discovery is done virtually — our team joins your employees on video calls and screen shares as they go through their normal workday. We're watching and asking questions: What tool are you using right now? Where does that information go next? How long does this step take? We do this across your key roles over 1–2 weeks. At the end, we deliver an Automation Map — a clear document showing every process we can automate, how it works, and how much time it saves. You review it and tell us where you want to start.

Training is fast — usually a single walkthrough session per team. Because the automation is built around what your team already does, there's very little to learn. The process looks the same; it just runs itself now. We provide full documentation and walk everyone through what changed, what happens automatically, and what to do if something looks off. Most employees are fully comfortable within their first day using it.

We monitor all active automations 24/7. In most cases, our team spots an issue before you do. If something does go wrong, we respond immediately — any time of day, any day of the week. Every month, we also run a proactive maintenance cycle: reviewing performance, deploying updates, and resolving any edge cases that have come up. Your automations are never just "set and forgotten." We're actively keeping them running.

Yes. Every client engagement begins with a signed NDA. Any business data, credentials, or access we receive is used solely to build and support your automation — never shared, never used to train models, and deleted upon project completion. We operate with encrypted systems, strict access controls, and a clear data retention policy. You can review our full Privacy Policy for details.
